Heartland Manor is an assisted living facility for seniors. Service is available in a comfortable, secure, homelike setting twenty four hours a day. Heartland Manor is located just outside of Lacombe on a picturesque rural acreage that provides the tranquility of country living and easy proximity to town.

All services are in compliance with the accommodation standards set out by the department of Seniors and Community Supports in April 2007. The agency also holds a certificate of recognition (COR) issued through Occupational Health and Safety. The COR identifies health and safety standards and ensures those standards are met.

Services and fees are established based on individual needs:

Care plans are developed for each resident to insure quality of life and to maintain as much independence as possible.
Private rooms are available in various sizes. Rooms with half and full bathrooms are also available.
Larger rooms and adjoining rooms can accommodate couples.
Residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture in addition to wall pictures and other personal items, as needed, to create a more personal atmosphere in their individual rooms.
Large comfortable common areas are perfect for socializing and receiving family members.
Nutrition is based on the Canada Food Guide with menus approved by a licensed dietician. Special dietary needs are addressed on an individual basis.
Laundry and housekeeping services are available.
Transportation is provided to residents for medical and dental appointments. Arrangements are easily made for social and recreational activities
